Some changes and temporary disruptions are coming on May 15.

Prepare now to make the transition smooth.

With the transition to Northern Credit Union’s banking system, potential disruptions may impact your ability to access funds, account information, and online & mobile app banking from May 15-18. There are some key steps to complete ahead of time to minimize impacts and keep your everyday banking activities running smoothly after integration weekend.

Here’s what you should do before May 15.

Withdraw cash.

You may experience temporary interruptions to ATM and Point of Sale transactions and limits, and Interac e-Transfers® will be unavailable during integration weekend.

Write down Interac e-Transfer® contacts.

Interac e-Transfer® profiles will not transfer to the new system. You will need to re-enter your e-Transfer® contacts after integration.

Download copies of your eDocs and CRA forms on online banking.

The new online banking system does not support eDocs or CRA form submissions, so historical documents will not transfer over. Save them to your device to ensure you have them for your personal records.

Pre-pay bills due between May 15-18.

Online and mobile app banking will be unavailable during this time. Ensure you pre-pay any bills that may be due to avoid penalties.

Find Northern Credit Union’s online banking page and mobile app.

Bookmark northerncu.com on your browser – this is where you will access online banking after integration.

Download the Northern Credit Union mobile app – this is where you will access mobile app banking after integration.
